Kolding, Jakob

Someone Breaks Into a House and Lives There as Long as Possible is a monograph on Jakob Kolding's artistic practice, with a particular focus on his exploration of architecture, urban planning and the use of urban and suburban spaces. The book contains material from the archives of the Danish Architectural Press, which has been adapted and incorporated into a series of new works works which, taken together, also constitute the book itself. The book also serves as a catalogue for an exhibition of the same name at the Kastrupg rd Samlingen.

The book is published in two versions: a bound edition and a unbound edition. The unbound edition consists of a series of poster designs, which also serve as the printed sheets for the bound book. Both versions can be read in any order from left to right, right to left, from the top, from the bottom, or by freely jumping from page to page.
